JFP is one of Finland’s biggest executive search agencies.
The company is a member of the Association of Finnish Executive Search Agencies.
JFP conducts almost 90 executive searches per year. The company is genuinely international; the Baltic rim is our home market. Our team consists five consultants and six research consultants.
Our consultants are experienced business and management professionals. They have all worked in executive management work before becoming consultants. They combine extensive experience of sales, marketing, technology, manufacturing, administration, and financing and human resource strategy development. It is no exaggeration to say that our consultants’ skills cover all sectors of business in both Finnish and international companies.
