His Management-career from 1979-1995 focused on fast moving consumer goods and trade, 13 years with Beiersdorf AG, Hamburg ( cosmetics like Nivea Creme) starting in different marketing/sales positions in Hamburg then Santiago, Chile. Was assigned CEO for Beiersdorf AG in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 1985-1992.
Back in Germany took over position as CEO of Wächtersbacher Keramik, with different international production facilities in the porcelain and ceramics business. Joined Raspe + Paschen AG, Hamburg,(international trade) as member of the board of directors.
Since 1996 he takes over assignments in Executive Search as partner of TGMC Dr. Thieme Gleue Management Consulting and Ising Hamburg GmbH.
His main assignments are management positions in private banking, insurance companies, fast moving consumer goods, industry and production, trade, shipping and consulting firms.
He has published different salary surveys, especially for actuaries.
